Job summary

AsiaWorld-Expo Management Limited in Hong Kong is seeking a seasoned security and operations professional to lead the Duty Team. The role covers Security Control Room operations, venue patrols, and coordination with contractors and internal teams to ensure a safe, well-managed venue.

The ideal candidate will have 3–4 years in property or security operations, strong leadership, and experience with CCTV, access control, and emergency response. Flexible, shift-based, on-site work is required.

Qualifications

• F.5 / DSE education or equivalent. Higher qualifications, such as a Diploma or above, will be an advantage
• Minimum 3 – 4 years of relevant experience in property management, commercial properties, hospitality services, or security operations
• Experience in operating CCTV, Key Access Control, Fire Alarm, and other systems in the Security Control Room, as well as handling emergency situations

Responsibilities

• Lead the Duty Team to perform all security and operational duties, including Security Control Room operations and patrol duties, in accordance with the required standards
• Manage Duty Officers to maintain good discipline and ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures, and house regulations, contributing to a safe, secure, and pleasant venue environment
• In-Charge of the security control room operation and ensure accurate record keeping, including video surveillance, access control, traffic control, key facilities monitoring, lost and found cases, and contractor works monitoring
• Provide operational support for events, including but not limited to validating venue readiness and condition prior to handover to event organizers or contractors, supporting event setup and dismantling works, crowd control, and traffic management
