Job summary

Securitas Security Services (Hong Kong) Limited is seeking an Assistant Security Manager for our investment bank client. You will develop duty rosters, monitor staffing levels, and manage access control across the AoR.

You will oversee alarm handling, investigations, and site security, ensuring procedures are logged and escalated. The role requires five years of security management, strong leadership, and fluency in English with Mandarin/Cantonese preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in security management or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of security principles, practices, and technologies.
• Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks effectively.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in security-related software and tools.
• English language proficiency; Mandarin and Cantonese preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a comprehensive duty roster to ensure coverage.
• Monitor attendance and leave requests to maintain staffing levels.
• Oversee access control programs across the AoR.
• Manage alarm systems; respond to activations and coordinate actions.
• Investigate false alarms and implement mitigation.
• Ensure site security activities are logged and escalated per SOP.
• Maintain and review security systems like CCTV and intrusion detection.
• Lead OGS first response to on-site incidents and dispatch.
• Develop corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
• Produce regular security incident reports and documentation.
• Deliver security training to employees.
