Job summary

Hongkong Land Group Limited is seeking a seasoned Learning & Development professional to design and deliver engaging training across digital and physical environments. You will collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to implement learning programmes that align with business priorities.

The role requires at least five years of experience in corporate training, strong LMS expertise, and proficiency in Cantonese, English, and Putonghua.

Qualifications

• University graduate with minimum 5 years of relevant working experience in a corporate setting.
• Proven track record designing and delivering training programs in physical and virtual classrooms.
• Experience with Learning Management System (LMS) and assessment tools.
• Digital-savvy with an interest in leveraging technology and AI tools to enhance learning design and delivery.
• Strong written and spoken Cantonese, English and Putonghua.
• Experience with video editing, Excel, PowerPoint, and Chinese word processing.
• Certified Hogan/DISC Trainer preferred.

Job description

Develop new digital and physical training content and learning solutions, review and enhance existing programs, and ensure training materials remain relevant, engaging, and aligned with business priorities

Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure the effective delivery and administration of learning and talent development programmes and projects

Support the implementation and continuous improvement of the Learning Management System (LMS), including learner data management, system updates, and user adoption initiatives

Prepare and analyze training records, learning metrics, programme evaluations, and management reports to support decision-making and continuous improvement

Provide support for talent development initiatives,career development programs, succession planning activities, employee engagement activities, and other ad hoc assignments as required

What you'll need to succeed:

University graduate with a minimum of 5 years of relevant working experience, ideally from an MNC and corporate setting

Proven track record of designing and delivering training and development programs in physical and virtual classrooms

Experience with Learning Management System (LMS) and assessment tools

Digital-savvy with a strong interest in leveraging technology and AI tools to enhance learning design, content development, training delivery, and learner engagement

Good command of written and spoken Cantonese, English, and Putonghua

Experience in video editing, Excel, PowerPoint, and Chinese word processing

Positive mindset and a "can-do" attitude

Detail-minded, well-organized, and creative in generating and applying new ideas in daily work

Certified Hogan/DISC Trainer will be highly preferred
