Job summary

The Hong Kong Jockey Club is seeking an experienced professional to manage and enhance its Learning Management System and digital learning technologies. You will oversee governance, analytics, and platform operations while driving adoption of AI-enabled learning solutions across the organisation.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain governance and effectiveness of LMS and digital学习 technologies.
  • Lead adoption and growth of digital learning platforms, including AI-enabled solutions.
  • Ensure compliance, data integrity, security, and good user experience.
  • Manage administration, tracking, and reporting of mandatory learning programmes.
  • Collaborate with HR, business units, SMEs, and stakeholders to deliver learning solutions.
  • Monitor analytics, platform usage, and learner outcomes to drive improvements.

Job Summary
  • Reporting to the Senior Manager, Digital Learning and Change Management, the job holder supports the Club's digital learning strategy by delivering scalable, user-centric learning technology solutions and ensuring operational excellence across the learning ecosystem.
  • Manages, governs, and continuously enhances the Learning Management System (LMS) and digital learning platforms, including AI-powered and gamification solutions such as LinkedIn Learning and Centrical.
  • Oversees the delivery of Club-wide digital learning solutions, ensuring system integrity, compliance, reporting, user support, and a consistent learner experience through collaboration with business, HR, content, and technology stakeholders.
  • Drives the adoption and optimisation of innovative learning technologies to enhance learner engagement, accessibility, personalisation, and learning effectiveness.
  • Leverages learning data and system insights to monitor performance, identify improvement opportunities, and support the successful delivery of digital learning initiatives that strengthen organisational capability and future workforce readiness.
The Job
  • Maintain and enhance the governance, administration, and effectiveness of the LMS and digital learning technologies.
  • Lead the adoption, optimisation, and growth of digital learning platforms, including AI-enabled learning solutions, to maximise learner engagement and business impact.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory and organisational requirements, while overseeing LMS operations, data integrity, security, and user experience.
  • Manage the administration, tracking, reporting, and completion of mandatory learning programmes across the Club.
  • Partner with HR, business units, SMEs, and stakeholders to design, deliver, and drive adoption of digital learning solutions.
  • Monitor learning analytics, platform utilisation, and learner outcomes to generate insights and support continuous improvement.
  • Foster an engaged learning community through knowledge sharing, learning promotion, and Learning Champion initiatives.
  • Stay abreast of digital learning trends and emerging technologies, recommending enhancements to the Club's learning ecosystem.
  • Support broader digital learning, talent, and change management initiatives as part of the Talent & Change Management team.
About You
  • Proven experience in delivering digital learning initiatives and implementing learning technologies within a corporate environment.
  • Hands‑on experience managing LMS and digital learning platforms.
  • Strong track record in e‑learning design, learner engagement, and learning technology adoption.
  • Experience using data analytics and reporting to drive insights and decision‑making.
  • Exposure to talent management, learning & development, and broader HR initiatives is an advantage.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across functions.
  • Excellent project management, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Analytical, solution‑oriented, and technology‑savvy, with a focus on continuous improvement and innovation.
  • Sound knowledge of digital learning best practices, instructional design, adult learning principles, and emerging learning technologies.
  • Understanding of learning strategies, including blended learning, microlearning, gamification, and compliance training.
  • Fluent in English; Cantonese and Mandarin preferred.
