Job summary

Fubon Bank (Hong Kong) Limited is seeking an Infrastructure Engineer to manage and support 7x24 network services including voice, data, and security infrastructure. You will participate in IT projects, implement network solutions, and provide operations support to ensure high availability.

You will collaborate with IT teams, vendors and business users, perform troubleshooting, monitor performance, and prepare documentation such as procedures, diagrams and capacity reports.

Qualifications

• Diploma or university degree in a computer-related field.
• CCNA, CCNP and ITIL certifications; CISSP/CCIE are an advantage.
• 3+ years in network infrastructure support (engineer) or 5+ years in senior roles in banking/IT.
• Hands-on with network equipment, firewall, VPN, NAC, proxy, load balancer, IP phone/PABX and voice recording systems.
• Experience with network management tools: SolarWinds, WhatsUp Gold, CiscoWorks.
• Strong written/spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin.

Responsibilities

• Manage and support 7x24 network services including voice and data, infrastructure environment and products.
• Participate in IT projects to set up network infrastructure and provide support.
• Communicate with other IT support teams, vendors and users for service requests and changes.
• Troubleshoot and resolve production network issues; monitor and tune network performance.
• Prepare network infrastructure documentation, diagrams, procedures, and capacity planning reports.
• For Senior Engineer, assist Section Head to train junior engineers and manage vendor SLAs.
