Job summary

Fubon Bank (Hong Kong) Limited is seeking a seasoned IT Infrastructure Project Lead to plan, execute, monitor, and deliver complex infrastructure initiatives in a banking environment.

You will coordinate with IT teams, vendors, and external parties while ensuring security, compliance, and high availability across servers, storage, virtualization, cloud, network, and data center platforms.

Qualifications

• Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related disciplines.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in IT infrastructure.
• Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, virtualization platforms, storage, backup, cloud infrastructure, workplace services, VDI and enterprise network technologies.
• Experience managing infrastructure projects in the banking or financial services industry is preferred.
• Knowledge of cybersecurity, disaster recovery, high availability, and regulatory compliance requirements.
• Strong stakeholder management, vendor management, and communication skills.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects concurrently.
• Strong problem-solving, risk management, and decision-making capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, execution, monitoring, and delivery of IT infrastructure projects.
• Coordinate with various IT teams, vendors, and external parties
• Oversee infrastructure projects covering servers, storage, virtualization, cloud services, network, security, workplace technology, and data center environments.
• Manage project risks, issues, dependencies, and change requests, and provide timely escalation when required.
• Monitor vendor performance and ensure services and deliverables meet contractual and quality requirements.
• Ensure compliance with the Bank's security policies, regulatory requirements, audit recommendations, and technology standards.
• Prepare project documentation, and project status updates.
• Support system migration, infrastructure upgrades, technology refresh, and implementation activities.
