Job summary

Fubon Bank (Hong Kong) is seeking an experienced IT Infrastructure Project Lead to drive planning, execution, monitoring, and delivery of complex infrastructure initiatives. You will coordinate with multiple IT teams, vendors, and external parties to ensure timely completion and alignment with security and regulatory requirements.

The role covers servers, storage, virtualization, cloud services, network, security, workplace technology, and data center environments, with a focus on risk

Qualifications

• Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related disciplines.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in IT infrastructure.
• Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, virtualization platforms, storage, backup, cloud infrastructure, workplace services, VDI and enterprise network technologies.
• Experience managing infrastructure projects in the banking or financial services industry is preferred.
• Knowledge of cybersecurity, disaster recovery, high availability, and regulatory compliance requirements.
• Strong stakeholder management, vendor management, and communication skills.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects concurrently.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, execution, monitoring, and delivery of IT infrastructure projects.
• Coordinate with various IT teams, vendors, and external parties.
• Oversee infrastructure projects covering servers, storage, virtualization, cloud services, network, security, workplace technology, and data center environments.
• Manage project risks, issues, dependencies, and change requests, and provide timely escalation when required.
• Monitor vendor performance and ensure services and deliverables meet contractual and quality requirements.
• Ensure compliance with the Bank's security policies, regulatory requirements, audit recommendations, and technology standards.
• Prepare project documentation, and project status updates.
• Support system migration, infrastructure upgrades, technology refresh, and implementation activities.
