Job summary

Fubon Bank (Hong Kong) Limited is seeking a Head of Network Infrastructure and IT Services within the Information Technology Group. You will lead the Bank's Network Infrastructure team to ensure stability, security, availability, and performance of network services.

Responsibilities include architecture, capacity planning, service management, IAM, and vendor oversight, with a strong focus on regulatory compliance and disaster recovery.

Qualifications

• Minimum 15 years of experience in IT Infrastructure with at least 5 years in a managerial or team leadership role.
• Proven experience in enterprise network infrastructure including LAN, WAN, Wi‑Fi, Internet, VPN, and cloud connectivity.
• Strong IT Service Management experience including Helpdesk, Deskside Support, Incident, Problem, and Change Management.
• Hands-on IAM experience with user access administration and authentication technologies.
• Strong network security, cybersecurity controls, and regulatory compliance in banking/financial services.
• Experience in disaster recovery, business continuity, capacity management, and lifecycle management.
• Proven vendor management, contract negotiation, service performance management, and SLA governance.
• Familiarity with ITIL, governance frameworks, leadership, and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Bank's Network Infrastructure team for stability, security, availability, and performance.
• Oversee operation and maintenance of LAN, WAN, Wi‑Fi, Internet, VPN, cloud connectivity, firewalls, and related security.
• Develop network architecture, capacity planning, technology refresh, and infrastructure improvements.
• Ensure monitoring, incident management, problem resolution, and root cause analysis to minimize disruptions.
• Lead IT Helpdesk and Deskside Support to deliver timely, high‑quality technical support.
• Establish service levels, KPIs, and operational metrics to drive continuous improvement.
• Oversee identity management, access provisioning, access reviews, and segregation of duties in line with compliance.
• Collaborate with Information Security to strengthen network security and cybersecurity controls.
• Manage incidents, service requests, changes, and operational support in line with ITSM best practices.
• Support disaster recovery, business continuity planning, and infrastructure resilience initiatives.
• Lead vendor management, contract reviews, performance monitoring, and SLA governance.
• Manage departmental budgets, resource planning, procurement, and technology investments.
• Lead, coach, and develop team members to foster a high‑performance, customer‑focused culture.
• Collaborate with Infrastructure, Security, Application, and Business teams to support project delivery and transformation.
• Ensure compliance with Bank policies, regulatory requirements, audit recommendations, and governance standards.
