You will develop maintenance schedules, streamline procurement, monitor performance, and drive upgrading projects while ensuring compliance with statutory requirements. Fluent English and Chinese, strong leadership, and MS Office proficiency are essential.

Qualifications

• Degree in Building Studies, Building Surveying, Building Services Engineering or Facilities Management.
• 7+ years in property/facilities management with 3+ years at managerial level.
• Solid experience in facilities management of residential premises.
• Professional membership in HKIS, HKIE, RICS, CIBSE, or EWR license preferred.
• Strong business acumen, problem solving, interpersonal skills.
• Excellent command of English and Chinese.

Responsibilities

• Plan preventive and corrective technical services with checklists and procedures.
• Lead the team to monitor performance of staff, contractors and suppliers to meet workmanship, schedule and budget.
• Prepare, manage and control operating budget related to technical services.
• Implement procurement for outsourced works including tendering and contract administration.
• Review and revise service standards, maintenance schedules and records for cost-effective operations.
• Propose and implement upgrading works for building fabric and major facilities to uplift standards.
