Job summary

Kerry Properties Limited seeks a proactive professional to support the Technical Manager in overseeing a team delivering building services for a Hong Kong portfolio. The role includes procurement, contract administration, and reviewing technical reports to drive improvements.

You will supervise in-house technicians, contribute to annual budgets and maintenance plans, and ensure workmanship and safety standards across sites.

Qualifications

• Higher Diploma or above in Building Services Engineering, Building Surveying or related disciplines.
• Minimum 5 years’ relevant experience in building maintenance; Candidates with less experience can be considered as Officer, Technical Services.
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese.
• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Self-motivated with good communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Technical Manager to oversee and monitor the technical team to provide all-round services for a portfolio of properties in Hong Kong.
• Undertake the whole process of procurement and contract administration.
• Review various technical reports and advise on improvement actions.
• Monitor the performance of service providers and subordinates to ensure workmanship, schedule and details in accordance with pre-determined standards.
• Assist in preparing annual budget, maintenance schedule, procedures, work records and checklists.
