You should hold a degree in building-related disciplines, with over 10 years in facilities management and over 5 years in a managerial role, plus professional

Qualifications

• Degree holder in related disciplines.
• Over 10 years in property or facilities management.
• Over 5 years at managerial level (preferred).
• Professional memberships: HKIS, HKIE, RICS, CIBSE, Registered Electrical Worker license.
• Excellent command of English and Chinese.
• Proficient in MS Office.
• Experience in facilities management of residential and commercial premises.

Responsibilities

• Plan preventive and corrective technical services with checklists and procedures to maintain standards.
• Lead the Team to monitor staff, contractors and suppliers for workmanship, schedule and budget.
• Prepare, manage and control the operating budget for technical services.
• Implement procurement for outsourced works including tendering, contract administration, testing and handover.
• Review and revise service standards, maintenance schedules, and related deliverables.
• Propose and implement upgrading works for building fabric and major facilities.
• Ensure health and safety of the team and proper material selection.
• Support and guide the team for efficient resource utilization.
