Ambition in Hong Kong seeks a Senior Manager/Manager - Technical Services to oversee APAC facilities management. You will direct facilities operations across multiple offices, acting as the primary liaison with building management, contractors and internal stakeholders.

The role requires hands-on experience with electrical infrastructure, UPS and HVAC, plus planning and executing PPM programs, space planning, renovations and moves.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Facilities Management, Electrical/Building Engineering or Facility Management.
• 7-8+ years of solid facilities management experience, with expertise in Hard FM/technical infrastructure.
• Hands-on familiarity with office portfolio and server room operations.
• Strong vendor management, communication, and multi-tasking skills.
• Fluent in English and Chinese.

We are partnering with Asset Management firm and they are seeking for Facility Manager/ Senior Manager to join the team. The ideal candidate will oversee facilities management across APAC office footprints. Act as the lead contact for building management, contractors, and internal stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Direct facilities management across APAC office footprints.

Act as the lead contact for building management, contractors, and internal stakeholders.

Oversee critical office systems including electrical infrastructure, power distribution, UPS, and HVAC systems.

Plan and execute Planned Preventive Maintenance (PPM) programs, ensuring adherence to statutory safety regulations; Coordinate office space allocations, renovations, and internal moves.

Manage operational budgets, vendor tenders, SLA tracking, and office supply chain (stationery, pantry, furniture).

Implement and audit security protocols and emergency response plans.

• Ad-hoc duties assigned by Senior Management

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Facilities Management, Electrical/Building Engineering or Facility Management
• Minimum 7-8 years of solid facilities management experience, with proven expertise in Hard FM / technical infrastructure.
• Hands-on familiarity with office portfolio / critical server room operational support.
• Strong vendor management, communication, and multi-tasking skills.
• Self-motivated, organized, and capable of operating under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Good Command in English and Chinese
