Job summary

First Point Group in Hong Kong is recruiting a Senior Facilities Manager to lead the operation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of mission-critical data centre facilities. You will ensure uptime, safety, and reliability across high-availability infrastructure in a dynamic, fast-growing environment.

Responsibilities include overseeing electrical and cooling systems, incident response, vendor management, capacity planning, and energy optimization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Facilities Engineering, Building Services Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Extensive experience managing mission-critical facilities or data centre operations.
• Proven leadership experience managing engineering and facilities teams.
• Strong expertise in electrical infrastructure including UPS systems, switchgear, generators, and power distribution networks.
• Strong knowledge of cooling technologies, HVAC systems, CRAC units, and environmental management.
• Experience leading maintenance, incident management, and operational support functions.
• Strong understanding of data centre reliability, redundancy, and high-availability principles.
• Experience managing external vendors, maintenance providers, and technical contractors.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and decision-making capabilities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluency in English and Chinese is required.
