Job summary

Ambition in Hong Kong seeks a Senior Manager/Manager - Technical Services to oversee APAC facilities management. You will direct facilities operations across multiple offices, acting as the primary liaison with building management, contractors and internal stakeholders.

The role requires hands-on experience with electrical infrastructure, UPS and HVAC, plus planning and executing PPM programs, space planning, renovations and moves.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Facilities Management, Electrical/Building Engineering or Facility Management.
• 7-8+ years of solid facilities management experience, with expertise in Hard FM/technical infrastructure.
• Hands-on familiarity with office portfolio and server room operations.
• Strong vendor management, communication, and multi-tasking skills.
• Fluent in English and Chinese.

Responsibilities

• Direct facilities management across APAC office footprints.
• Act as lead contact for building management, contractors and internal stakeholders.
• Oversee critical office systems including electrical infrastructure, power distribution, UPS and HVAC.
• Plan and execute Planned Preventive Maintenance (PPM) programs and coordinate space allocations, renovations and moves.
• Manage budgets, vendor tenders, SLA tracking and office supply chain.
