Job summary

Confidential is seeking a Facilities Maintenance (FM) Lead to oversee maintenance operations across a portfolio of retail and commercial sites in Hong Kong and Macau. You will coordinate service providers, manage CAPEX and OPEX, and drive safety, quality, and KPI achievement.

The role requires strong planning, contractor management, and stakeholder engagement, with regular travel within the territory. You will partner with procurement, finance, and site teams to ensure reliable facilities

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, Architectural, or related Engineering.
• 5+ years in facilities management, maintenance, or project delivery.
• Experience managing contractors and small to medium projects.
• Strong planning and stakeholder management skills.
• Willingness to travel regularly within the territory.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day facilities maintenance operations through service providers and subcontractors.
• Implement maintenance strategies and operational plans to support business objectives.
• Manage CAPEX and OPEX activities within the assigned portfolio.
• Plan, schedule, and coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance.
• Monitor contractor performance against KPIs and quality standards.
• Manage facilities improvement projects from planning to completion.
• Coordinate with procurement, finance, operations, and project stakeholders.
• Conduct site visits to review progress, safety, and performance.
• Support permit-to-work processes and contractor mobilization.

This role is responsible for managing maintenance programs, CAPEX and OPEX activities, contractor performance, and project execution while ensuring operational excellence, safety, quality, and KPI achievement.

The successful candidate will work closely with internal stakeholders, service providers, and site representatives to deliver reliable, efficient, and compliant facilities management services across multiple locations.s.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead day-to-day facilities maintenance operations through service providers and subcontractors.
• Implement maintenance strategies and operational plans to support business objectives.
• Manage CAPEX and OPEX activities within the assigned portfolio.
• Plan, schedule, and coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
• Monitor contractor performance and ensure service delivery meets agreed KPIs and quality standards.
• Manage assigned facilities improvement and capital projects from planning through completion.
• Coordinate with procurement, finance, operations, and project stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery.
• Conduct regular site visits to review progress, quality, safety compliance, and operational performance.
• Support permit-to-work processes and contractor mobilization activities.
• Identify opportunities to improve maintenance efficiency, asset reliability, and service quality.

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, Architectural, or related Engineering disciplines.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in facilities management, maintenance, engineering, or project delivery.
• Experience managing contractors, maintenance activities, and small to medium-sized projects.
• Strong planning, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities across different sites and work environments.
• Willingness to travel regularly within the assigned territory.
