The Hong Kong Jockey Club is seeking a capable professional to support grant making and Trust-initiated projects within the Charities and Community Division. You will assess applications, conduct social-issue research, monitor project progress, and contribute to governance and stakeholder engagement across cross-sector partners.

The role requires 4+ years in fund or project management, strong communication, and the ability to work with government bodies and NGOs.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years' experience in fund or project management.
• Experience interfacing with government, NGOs and professional bodies.
• Strong project management skills and ability to work across functions.

Responsabilités

• Assess and review donation applications for merit, background, and feasibility; make recommendations to Managers.
• Support Managers in preparing approval papers and annexes.
• Conduct research on social issues to inform new projects and strategies.
• Monitor approved projects for schedule, outputs, scope and budget.
• Assess project change requests and prepare internal documentation.
• Assist in reviewing event invitations and drafting publicity materials.
• Liaise with external partners and internal teams throughout project lifecycles.
• Support planning and governance for Trust-initiated projects and committees.
• Prepare reports and maintain governance records; support cross-team collaboration.
