Job summary

The Club, via HKJC Charities Trust, seeks a grants and programs professional to assess donation applications, research social issues, and support approval papers in the Health focus area.

You will liaise with external partners and internal teams, monitor project progress, and assist in drafting speeches and reports. A Bachelor's degree and 4–8 years in charity work are expected, with bilingual English/Chinese skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• 4 to 8 years' relevant experience.
• Good communication and writing skills in both English and Chinese.
• Good interpersonal and teamwork skills.
• Passions, strong drive and career interest in charity work.

Responsibilities

• Assess donation applications' value, feasibility, and propose recommendations to Senior Charities Managers/Charities Managers.
• Support the preparation and drafting of approval papers and annexes.
• Conduct research on social issues to support new projects or themes/issue strategies.
• Monitor approved projects for schedule, output, and budget compliance.
• Assess project change requests and prepare internal documentation.
• Assist in reviewing event invitations by grantees and supporting PR/media initiatives.
• Liaise with external partners and internal counterparts through project lifecycles.
• Support initiation and implementation planning of Trust-initiated Projects and Priority 1 Projects under the Health theme.
• Participate in ad-hoc projects and prepare presentation materials.
