• Bachelor's degree in business management, marketing or related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in retail operations or multi-store support.
• Well organized, detail-oriented with strong numerical analysis.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to manage store-office relationships.
• Proactive, solution-oriented with a collaborative mindset.
• Resilient and adaptable in a fast-paced, multi-market environment.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Support Retail Director in ensuring smooth daily operations across HK and Macau stores.
• Implement and harmonize operating standards and processes per HQ guidelines.
• Coordinate cross-functional activities with CRM, Merchandising, IT, VM, Finance and stores.
• Assist with store openings, renovations, relocations, and related projects.
• Manage store planning, logistics, and after-sales coordination with teams.
• Monitor and report on store performance and client satisfaction.
