Leading nation in Hong Kong is seeking a dynamic Store Manager to lead the luxury sales team and ensure flawless store operations, service and branding. You will oversee daily activities, staff scheduling, and VIP customer receptions while maintaining brand standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in high-end watches, jewelry, or the luxury fashion industry is preferred.
• Languages: Fluent in Cantonese, Mandarin, and English.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

Responsibilities

• Store Operations: Assist in managing daily store operations to ensure that sales, service, display, and administrative work comply with brand standards.
• Team Leadership: Lead the sales team to achieve monthly and annual store sales targets; supervise and improve individual and team sales performance.
• Personnel Management: Responsible for staff scheduling, attendance tracking, workload distribution, and onboarding training for new employees; assist the Store Manager in performance evaluations.
• Customer Relations: Handle VIP/high-end customer receptions, complaints, and emergencies to enhance customer satisfaction and brand reputation.
• Inventory Control: Supervise store inventory management, including stocktaking, goods receipt and inspection, stock transfers, and slow-moving item analysis to ensure physical stock matches system records.
• Visual Merchandising: Strictly execute the brand's display and visual merchandising standards; regularly inspect and maintain the store's image.
• Market Intelligence: Collect market and competitor information; assist the Store Manager in formulating promotional and customer event strategies.
• Legal Compliance: Ensure store operations comply with relevant Hong Kong laws & regulations, including the Trade Descriptions Ordinance, employment rights & fire safety requirements.
