Job summary

Versace in Hong Kong seeks an experienced Store Supervisor to drive store performance and deliver exceptional service. You will meet customer expectations, act as a brand ambassador, and cultivate long-term VIP relationships.

The role requires 5+ years in retail or luxury, including 2 years in supervision, plus strong teamwork and problem-solving abilities to support a high-energy environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years’ solid experience in retail or luxury industry with 2 years in supervisory level.
• Strong relationship skills and ability to maintain long-term client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Achieve individual objectives and contribute to store objectives.
• Ensure superlative customer service standards to meet customer expectations.
• Act as brand ambassador to build relationships with new customers and VIP clientele.
• Proactively maintain long-term relationships with customers.
• Assist in organizing in-store and promotional events as per guidelines.
• Ensure stock and backroom are effectively managed and operations run smoothly.
• Assist store manager with sales reports and product feedback.
• Master required knowledge and skills for assigned duties and contribute to store operations.
• Remain compliant with policies and procedures.
