Job summary
BMW Concessionaires (HK) Limited is seeking an experienced Learning & Development professional to coordinate and deliver corporate training programs for new joiners, sales and service staff, and leadership development initiatives. You will manage content creation, vendor coordination, and enrollment tracking to ensure programs stay aligned with business needs.
You will also develop digital learning materials, support multimedia production, and partner with internal stakeholders to plan talent
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Social Science, Psychology, Business Administration or related disciplines.
- Minimum 6 years of experience in training and/or employee engagement.
- Digital or media production skills with video editing tools.
Responsibilities
- Design, coordinate, and execute corporate learning programs including onboarding, personal effectiveness, customer service and selling trainings.
- Develop and manage learning materials and digital content for face-to-face, virtual and digital platforms.
- Support Talent Management initiatives by coordinating programs for internal talent and leadership development.
- Plan and coordinate employee engagement and culture-building initiatives, wellness activities and team events.
