Job summary

AXA Hong Kong and Macau is seeking a Learning & Development Coordinator to support training logistics, coordinate with internal staff and external vendors, and assist CPD programmes for licensed staff. You will deliver the monthly New Joiner Orientation and assist onboarding tasks.

As the Learning & Development team admin, you will administer the Global Learning Management System, generate reports, handle learner inquiries and contribute to learning campaigns.

Qualifications

• Degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology or related discipline.
• 0–3 years of HR/L&D experience; size of organization matters.
• Enthusiastic about people development and staff engagement.
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese.
• Organised, self-motivated, team player, able to work under pressure.
• Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint; tech-savvy.

Responsibilities

• Handle logistics for training programmes and coordinate with staff/vendors.
• Support CPD programmes required for licensed staff and onboarding tasks.
• Administrate the Global Learning Management System (GLMS) and other learning platforms.
• Generate learning reports and track completion; handle learner inquiries.
• Promote internal learning initiatives and support learning campaigns.
