Tenth Revolution Group in Hong Kong is seeking an ambitious IT Sales Manager / Senior Sales Manager to spearhead growth in the Banking & Financial Services sector. You will lead new business development and deepen strategic accounts across Hong Kong, backed by regional presales and delivery teams.

Qualificações

• 5+ years of IT sales experience within a software vendor or IT solutions environment.
• Established network of contacts and proven relationships within Hong Kong's Banking & Financial Services / Insurance industry.
• Strong track record in business development, enterprise sales and strategic account management.
• Good understanding of the FSI landscape, technology trends and enterprise IT requirements.
• Strong commercial acumen, negotiation skills and the ability to engage with senior-level stakeholders.
• Self-motivated, results-oriented and capable of driving business independently.
• Our ideal candidate: an experienced IT sales professional who already has the right FSI connections, understands how to navigate enterprise accounts and knows how to turn relationships into business opportunities.
• Good communication skill, fluent in Cantonese, English and Mandarin.

Responsabilidades

• Drive business growth through a balanced mix of new client acquisition and existing account development (50/50).
• Leverage industry connections to open doors and establish relationships with key stakeholders across Hong Kong's Banking & Financial Services sector.
• Identify new business opportunities, develop sales pipelines and convert prospects into long-term clients.
• Strengthen existing client partnerships and maximise revenue through cross-selling and upselling opportunities.
• Engage with senior business and IT decision-makers to understand their challenges and propose suitable technology solutions.
• Collaborate with presales and regional technical delivery teams to develop winning proposals and deliver successful client engagements.
• Take ownership of the full sales cycle, from initial engagement and solution positioning to commercial negotiation and deal closure.
