Job summary

Tenth Revolution Group in Hong Kong is seeking a proactive Sales Executive to build strong relationships with key accounts and drive renewals. You will manage customer communications, monitor satisfaction, and support contract renewals while coordinating regular client meetings to ensure a high level of service.

The role offers opportunity to contribute to account growth within the banking and financial services space, work with cross-functional teams, and participate in events and initiatives

Qualifications

• Hong Kong DSE or higher; diploma or equivalent.
• 0–2 years in Customer Service, Account Management, Customer Success, Sales Support, or related client-facing roles.
• Proficient with MS Office; CRM experience is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with assigned customer accounts.
• Monitor customer satisfaction and address concerns to retain clients.
• Manage contract renewal pipelines with timely follow-up.
• Coordinate client meetings including monthly and quarterly reviews.
• Provide admin support ensuring accurate records and contracts.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
• Assist in sales, marketing events and business development.
• Identify opportunities to strengthen engagement and growth.
