Job summary

Chinasoft International in Hong Kong is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead software solution sales across data platforms, cloud services, and payment regulatory technology. You will drive revenue, manage complex deals, and build strategic client relationships.

The role requires 5+ years in IT solution sales, strong financial services knowledge, and excellent negotiation skills. You will collaborate with internal teams to tailor solutions and contribute to fintech projects.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years in IT solution sales.
• Experience selling data architecture, cloud infra, or payment compliance solutions.
• Strong knowledge of financial services sector (banking, securities, payments).
• Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales strategies to exceed revenue targets for software and platform solutions.
• Identify and secure new business in data platforms, cloud computing, and payment compliance.
• Build long-term client relationships to drive repeat business.
• Engage with senior decision-makers in financial services to align IT solutions with goals.
• Collaborate with internal delivery teams for project alignment and execution.
• Prepare proposals, manage negotiations, and close deals.
• Stay updated on fintech, regtech, and enterprise architecture trends to serve client needs.
