Job summary

Premier Technology Global Limited is looking for a skilled IT Infrastructure Support professional to implement and maintain our client’s IT environment. You will manage systems across network, desktop/server hardware and software, and applications, providing Level 3 incident resolution and collaborating with cross-team stakeholders to drive projects forward.

Qualifications

University degree in IT or Engineering
4-7 years’ relevant experience in technical support and administration for Windows platforms
Understanding of networking concepts: TCP/IP, LAN/WAN, DHCP, DNS, Routing, Switching/Firewall
Experience with Cisco Firewall/Switches
Experience with virtualization software e.g. VMware
Knowledge of Azure, AWS, Citrix XenApp, SQL Server, Data Storage, SCCM, HA Cluster, Microsoft Remote Desktop Services and cloud architectures is a plus
CCNA/CCNP/CCIE or MCSE certification is a plus
Fluent in English and Cantonese
Self-starter with proactive and troubleshooting skills

Responsibilities

Implementation and support of IT Infrastructure.
Provide Level 3 support for incidents and problem resolution.
Interact with other team members and other teams to progress projects and incidents.
