Job Description

• Take part in the IT systems design, implementation, support, and monitoring operations, both in Application and Infrastructure
• Upkeep, configuration, reliable operation of IT systems and providing operational assistance on an ongoing basis
• Installing, upgrading/updating, deploying the release of new technologies; Designing, implementing, configuring, maintaining, and performing testing of PC/server operating systems and related utilities
• Maintain the ongoing reliability, performance, secure systems environment, and support of the infrastructure
• Integrate solutions with other applications and platforms based on requirements; Develop scripted solutions and automation
• Coordinate changes across multiple systems including routine maintenance tasks for infrastructure systems, such as backups, patch management, and hot fixes
• Report security issues, make recommendations to improve security posture, participate in investigation as needed, and ensure adherence to security requirements; and perform infrastructure and application duties.

Job Requirements

• Diploma or Degree holder in Computer Science, Information Systems or related disciplines
• 5+ years solid experience in supporting, maintaining and implementing: Windows Servers 2008 to 2016
• The role will require a high degree of independence, problem solving skills, and excellent analytics capability, and possesses an in-depth knowledge of IT processes and procedures relating to our technology landscape
• Scripting: ability to develop script-using PowerShell, Python etc. with intermediate to advance skills
• Cisco network infrastructure, Microsoft Active Directory, Exchange, and Office 365 VMware virtualization platform
• Storage technologies such as SAN Hands-on management of Firewalls and backup software
• Previous exposure in properties industry would be preferred
• Possess a customer-centric attitude, supported by demonstrated strong oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills
• Excellent analytical skills; demonstrated ability to respond quickly to change and adapt to shifting priorities
• Ability to prioritize and oversee multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
• Experience in working with a demanding customer base
• Willing to provide ad hoc support during non-office hours, if required
