Job summary

Principle One Ltd in Central, Hong Kong, is seeking a Senior IT Engineer to provide onsite support and manage our ticketing system for a financial services client. The role requires strong IT infrastructure skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Working hours are Monday to Friday, 9 AM–6 PM, with occasional Saturday for urgent cases. The ideal candidate will be fluent in Cantonese, English and Mandarin and have a background in IT security within colocation facilities.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of IT support experience for financial services / MNCs.
• Bachelor’s or Diploma in IT or related field.
• Proficiency in Cantonese, English and Mandarin.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage incoming service requests via the ticketing system and escalate as needed.
• Provide onsite technical support for hardware, software, and networking issues.
• Troubleshoot incidents reported by clients or internal stakeholders.
• Document incidents, changes, and configurations in the ticketing system and knowledge base.
• Assist in IT projects and upgrades.
• Ensure adherence to security policies within the colocation facilities.
• Coordinate with vendors for hardware procurement and support.
• Participate in incident response and recovery efforts as needed.

Requirements:

• 5-8 years of IT support experience for Financial Services / Professional Firm/ MNC , etc.
• Proficiency in Cantonese, English, Mandarin
• Haveprogramming experience or understand programing language is a plus
• Dynamic Working Environment
