Job summary

The Career Works Limited in Hong Kong is seeking a Field Engineer to perform on-site field maintenance for servers, storage, tape libraries, workstation hardware, telecom, cabling and data centre facilities at data centres and customer offices. The role requires 1-4 years IT experience and a diploma/Higher Diploma in CS/IT.

You will support incident handling, configuration management, patching, DR drills, and backups, with onsite work outside office hours when needed.

Qualifications

• Diploma / Higher Diploma in Computer Science, IT or related discipline.
• 1-4 years IT experience.
• Willing to learn from a multi-DC strategic enterprise system.
• Good team player.
• Must possess excellent communication skills in Cantonese and English.
