• Drive employee engagement initiatives and resolve grievances to foster a healthy workplace culture.
• Responsible for accurate and compliant payroll and MPF administration.
• Ensure legal compliance with local labor laws, managing contracts, investigations, and policy updates.
• Support annual performance review processes and drive personal and company growth.
• Learning, Training & Development: identify training needs and design onboarding journeys, soft skills workshops and leadership programs.

Senior Human Resources & Training Executive

Manage end-to-end recruitment, from optimization of job boards and recruitment partners to find the right candidates for operations.

Drive employee engagement initiatives, resolve grievances, and foster a healthy, safe workplace culture.

Responsible for the accurate and compliant administration of monthly store payroll and MPF

Ensure legal compliance with local labor laws, managing contracts, investigations, and policy updates.

Support annual performance review processes and encourage feedbacks to drive personal and company growth.

Learning, Training & Development:

Identify training needs across departments through performance appraisal data and consultation with team leaders and managers.

Design and deliver engaging onboarding journeys, soft skills workshops, and leadership development programs.

Job Requirements:

• Degree holder in Human Resources Management or related disciplines
• Minimum 4 years’ solid experience preferably in either F&B industry
• Well versed with Hong Kong Employment Ordinance and practice
• Team player with positive manner in a dynamic environment
• Good communication and interpersonal skills and proficient in spoken and written English and Chinese
