Fairwood Fast Food Ltd invites an Assistant Human Resources Manager (Employee Relations Focus) to join our HK team. You will handle employee relations matters, disciplinary cases, and compliance, while leading end-to-end recruitment and mass hiring initiatives.

You will partner with line managers to provide HR guidance, prepare reports and dashboards, and drive staff engagement to foster a positive workplace culture.

Competenze

• 8+ years of HR operations experience with employee relations focus.
• Proven experience handling employee relations, grievances, and compliance.
• Solid knowledge of HK Employment Ordinance and labour regulations.
• Fluent in English and Chinese; Cantonese and Mandarin appreciated.

Assistant Human Resources Manager (Employee Relations Focus)

Mainly focus on employee relations matters, applying sound judgment and professionalism to manage performance, disciplinary cases, grievances, and compliance issues.

Responsible for end-to-end recruitment activities, including manpower planning, sourcing, interviewing, selection, onboarding, offboarding and employee retention initiatives.

Plan and execute mass recruitment by exploring potential recruitment channels in both online and offline.

Partner closely with line managers to understand hiring needs and provide professional HR advice and support.

Assist in preparing reports, manpower statistics, and recruitment dashboards for management review and analysis.

Formulate and implement staff engagement initiatives aimed at boosting employee morale, fostering a positive workplace culture, and driving staff loyalty.

Assist in special projects as assigned.

Requirements:

Degree holder in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or related discipline.

Minimum of 8 years of relevant HR operations experience, with a proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Proven experience in handling employee relations matters is mandatory.

Candidates from all industry backgrounds and those with experience in sizable corporations are highly welcome and encouraged to apply; prior experience in F&B or Retail is not a prerequisite.

Solid, practical understanding of the Hong Kong Employment Ordinance and other labor-related regulations.

Highly mature and professional with a demonstrated ability to multitask, balance competing priorities, and meet strict deadlines.

Independent self-starter who also collaborates effectively as a team player, possessing excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese (including Cantonese and Mandarin).

Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
