Qualifications

• Degree holder in Human Resources Management or related disciplines.
• * Please note: HK Employment Ordinance knowledge is required.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment, from job boards and partners to hire suitable candidates for operations.
• Drive employee engagement initiatives and resolve grievances to foster a healthy workplace culture.
• Responsible for accurate and compliant payroll and MPF administration.
• Ensure legal compliance with local labor laws, managing contracts, investigations, and policy updates.
• Support annual performance review processes and drive personal and company growth.
• Learning, Training & Development: identify training needs and design onboarding journeys, soft skills workshops and leadership programs.
