Job summary

Hospital Authority is seeking a Senior Human Resources Officer to support day-to-day HR operations and strategic projects in a dynamic healthcare environment.

The role requires strong bilingual communication, HR process knowledge, and proficiency in MS Office. You will contribute to remuneration, benefits, and recruitment activities and collaborate with diverse teams across hospital clusters.

Qualifications

• University graduates with experience or a diploma and relevant experience.
• Fluent in English and Chinese; strong communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Job description

Senior Human Resources Officer - (REF. NO.: HKIC260902)

Pay : HK$24,675 to HK$29,195 per month

Up to 5% of total basic salary as end-of-contract gratuity may be offered to contract staff upon completion of the contract subject to satisfactory performance.

Key Responsibilities

1. Assist in human resources functions and day-to-day operations;
2. Assist in planning, organizing and implementing programmes and projects;
3. Assist in the preparation of management reports;
4. Provide HR advice to staff members and line managers; and
5. Perform any other duties as assigned by supervisors.

Entry Requirements

1. University Graduates with experience; OR
2. F.5 / S.5 with:
   • (a) Passes in 5 subjects in the HKCEE including English Language (Syl. B) and Chinese Language, or equivalent; OR
   • (b) 5 subjects in the HKDSE attaining the level specified below:
     • - Level 2 in English Language and Chinese Language; and
     • - Level 2 in New Senior Secondary subjects / ‘‘Attained’’ in Applied Learning subjects (subject to a maximum of 2 subjects under this category) / Grade E in Other Language subjects, or equivalent;
3. AND diploma in a specialized function AND relevant experience.

1. Working experience in human resources management or a related field, particular in remuneration & benefits and/or recruitment & appointment function.
2. Good command of both spoken and written Chinese and English.
3. Good communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Good analytical and problem-solving skills.

6. Self-motivation and ability to work independently.
7. Proficiency in MS Office (e.g. Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
