Job summary

Union Medical Centre Ltd in Hong Kong is seeking an experienced HR Generalist to manage day-to-day HR operations and support a growing workforce.

The ideal candidate has at least 5 years in an HR generalist role, knowledge of the Employment Ordinance and related regulations, and proficient Chinese word processing and MS Office. A degree in HR is required; those with less experience may be considered for an Assistant HR Officer position.

Qualifications

• Degree holder in Human Resources Management or related discipline.
• At least 5 years' experience in HR generalist role preferably in sizable companies.
• Knowledge of Employment Ordinance and other relevant regulations.
• Proficient in MS Office Applications and Chinese Word Processing and HRIS (IPL) is preferred.
• Detail-minded, willing to work under pressure.
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese.
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Human Resource Officer.
• Due to the implementation of the Sexual Conviction Record Check (SCRC) Scheme, the Hospital may request the prospective employees of relevant positions to undergo SCRC.
