HK$40,220- HK$51,313 (HGPS Point 16 - 21) per month including Monthly Allowance
Up to 15% of total basic salary (after deducting the contribution of Mandatory Provident Fund by Hospital Authority) as end-of-contract gratuity may be offered to contract staff upon completion of the contract subject to satisfactory performance.
Key Responsibilities:
Reporting to Human Resources Manager, the incumbent will oversee the daily operation of a HR functional team to support the following:
1.
As clerical-in-charge to supervise clerical staff and enhance their clerical skills in order to ensure the timely processing of management reports, and to ensure the compliance with HR policies and procedures.
2.
Provide executive and administrative support in the implementation of human resources initiatives on manpower planning and position management, recruitment and appointment, benefits and allowance administration, and etc.
3.
Co-ordinate day-to-day work of different teams and to monitor the progress and quality.
4.
Assist in dealing with and resolve complex operational issues with minimum supervision.
5.
Provide advice on related operational issues, assist in workflow review and improvementprojects for operational efficiency and effectiveness.
6.
Compile, analyze and interpret statistics and report.
7.
Draft correspondences and handle enquiries.
8.
Co-ordinate meetings / activities / programmes.
9.
Perform any other duties as assigned by supervisors.
Entry Requirements:
1.
(a)
Passes in 5 subjects in the Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination including English Language (Syllabus B), Chinese Language and Mathematics, or equivalent.
OR
(b)
5 subjects in the Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education attaining the level specified below:
-
Level 2 in English Language, Chinese Language and Mathematics; and
-
Level 2 in New Senior Secondary subjects/ "Attained" in Applied Learning subjects/ Grade E in Other Language subjects;
or equivalent.
2.
7 years’ clerical experience with thorough understanding of the functions and operations in human resources.
3.
Ability to organize work, supervise a unit of staff and the activities within the related area(s).
4.
Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese.
Preferred Attributes:
1.
With experience in managing database would be an advantage
2.
Well-versed with HA policies and practices as well as legislative requirements relating to HR operations.
3.
With experience in recruitment and appointment functions would be an advantage.
4.
Hands-on experience in PC applications (e.g. Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Chinese word processing) and HCM system.
5.
Ability to motivate and lead a team of staff to achieve results.
6.
Proactive, self-motivated and able to work independently with good communication and interpersonal skills.
2. Serving staff who have completed F.5 / S.5 or equivalent and have 7 years' clerical experience within HA may also be considered.
