Our client, a well-known global apparel company with presences in Southeast Asia, the Middle East and Europe is urgently seeking a Senior HR Manager to join their expanding team

Job Description
  • Reporting to the Human Capital Director, the Senior HR Manager will assist in the in formulating human capital strategies to align with business needs, customize corporate and group human capital initiatives, schedule the executive plan and evaluate the effectiveness;
  • Explore the alternative manpower resourcing channels in order to attract & recruit sufficient talents at all levels to ensure healthy succession pipelines built within the organization;
  • Partner with external compensation consultants on remuneration surveys and pay trends for analysis on the employees' pay mix, compensation level, bonuses and incentives in order to maintain the company's competitive position in the market;
  • Establish and regularly review the internal HR policies and controls, ensure all the people & payroll decisions and policies executive fully comply with the corporate and group policies, local employment ordinance & other statutory requirements;
  • Work with respective Department Heads on the human resources issues and provide professional advice on people transfer, promotion, compensation review and talent development, etc.;
  • Prepare HR presentation as well as HR data analytical work to facilitate business and management decisions;
  • Supervise day-to-day operations of the Human Resources and Administration team; and
  • Lead various staff relation & engagement programme/ events/ projects to build and enhance employer branding internally and externally.
Job Requirements
  • Degree holder in Human Resources Management or related discipline;
  • Minimum 10 years proven experience in Human Resources, with 5 years’ experience at management level, preferably in retail industry;
  • Well-developed influencing skills, proven ability to relate well to other people in a wide range of contexts and levels, as well as working collaboratively with a range of stakeholders;
  • Strong organizational and prioritization skills, with the capability to manage multiple priorities with competing deadlines;
  • Excellent analytical skills including attention to detail combined with the skill to communicate concisely with senior colleagues and figures;
  • Excellent interpersonal, influencing and problem-solving skills;
  • Excellent in both written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin; and
  • Well versed in Hong Kong, Macau and China Employment Ordinance.
