Job summary

Peterson Group Management Limited in Hong Kong seeks a senior HR Generalist to oversee the full HR spectrum, from recruitment to employee relations, engagement and onboarding. You will drive training, performance management and career development initiatives, while ensuring accurate org charts and budget support.

You will collaborate across departments, maintain compliance with labour law and HR best practices, and contribute to a proactive, ethical corporate culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration or related disciplines.
• Minimum 10 years of HR generalist experience.
• Strong knowledge of labour law and HR best practices.
• Pleasant personality with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong written and spoken English and Cantonese; Mandarin would be an advantage.
• Proficient in MS Office tools including Word, Excel & PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Handle full spectrum of HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations and benefits.
• Manage recruitment processes and ensure a positive candidate experience.
• Support employee relations and conflict resolutions across departments.
• Drive employee engagement through training, performance management and career development initiatives.
• Assist in annual budget preparation and maintain organizational/departmental charts.
• Participate in ad-hoc HR projects and maintain compliance with policies.
