Qualifications

• Degree required in HRM or related field.
• Proven track record in HR leadership in retail.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily HR and admin team activities.
• Develop and deliver outstanding HR service and admin support.
• Create and execute people strategy, oversee performance, hiring, and reward programs.
• Support line managers with people management initiatives.
• Prepare and manage administration budgets.
