Zusammenfassung

CL Smart Sourcing Limited is seeking an experienced Senior Payroll Administrator to own the monthly payroll cycle in Hong Kong. You will report to the HR Manager and ensure accurate payments, on-time processing, and compliance with Hong Kong statutory requirements.

You will collaborate with HR, Finance and IT to improve payroll processes and systems, and guide junior staff where required. A degree or diploma in a related field is preferred with 5–8 years of relevant experience.

Qualifikationen

• 5–8 years of experience in end-to-end payroll processing or accounting.
• Sound knowledge of Hong Kong payroll practices, including MPF and salaries tax.
• Proficiency with payroll systems/HRIS and MS Excel.

Aufgaben

• Handle full monthly payroll cycle including data collection, salary calculation, verification, bank payment and payslip issuance.
• Process new hires, salary adjustments, allowances, overtime, deductions, and final payments for leavers.
• Administer MPF enrolment and monthly contributions including eMPF remittance.
• Prepare and file tax returns and notifications (IR56B/IR56E/IR56F/IR56G).
• Calculate statutory entitlements such as annual leave pay, holiday pay, sickness allowance, maternity/paternity leave pay, severance and long service payments.
• Reconcile payroll against GL and prepare payroll journals, accruals and month-end reports.
• Maintain accurate employee/payroll/attendance/leave records in payroll system/HRIS.
• Ensure compliance with Employment Ordinance, MPF Schemes Ordinance, Inland Revenue Ordinance.
• Respond to payroll, tax and MPF enquiries and support audits.
• Guide junior payroll staff as needed.
