Job summary

AIA Shared Services in Hong Kong seeks a Distribution Sales professional to achieve targets for personal and commercial lines, including insurance products, via digital channels and affinity partnerships.

You will formulate business plans, manage partner relationships, leverage SEM/paid social, optimise campaigns, and lead projects from concept to launch with a strong focus on analytics and CRO.

Qualifications

• University degree in Marketing or Business Administration or related disciplines.
• IIQE Papers 1 & 2 must be passed for licensing as an individual insurance agent.
• Strong hands-on experience in SEM (Google Ads, Bing), paid social, and programmatic campaigns.
• Demonstrated success in optimizing campaigns to improve CPL/CPA in insurance products.
• Strong analytical mindset with experience in CRO and attribution modelling.
• Proficiency in Google Analytics, dashboard tools, and A/B testing frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Achieve business targets for personal & commercial lines through Digital & Affinity Partner channels; formulate business and marketing strategies.
• Onboard and manage relationships with new and existing partners; negotiate terms with partners and internal teams.
• Leverage data analytics to translate insights into actionable improvements for sales pipelines.
• Manage membership/d loyalty marketing deliverables to drive customer growth and experience.
• Collaborate on product development, revamps, and service enhancements; ensure smooth program operations.
