AIA Hong Kong is seeking a seasoned Business Planning professional within the Brokerage & IFA Distribution, Principal function to drive customer-centric outcomes and sustainable growth. You’ll partner with cross-functional teams, oversee budget planning, and help shape strategic initiatives that align with our healthier, longer, better lives ambition.

You’ll contribute to data-driven decision making, collaborate with bank partners and internal stakeholders, and ensure timely, accurate reporting

Qualifications

• University graduate with at least 8 years of relevant experience, preferably in life insurance.
• Strong numeric and data analytics ability.
• Proficient in PowerPoint, Excel, and reporting.
• Excellent written and spoken English and Chinese.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Able to deliver high-quality work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Support business planning by projecting sales inflow and tracking metrics.
• Coordinate partnerships meetings and prepare materials.
• Estimate and manage departmental budget and annual planning.
• Maintain relationships with broker partners' counterparts.
• Collaborate with marketing, product, operations and digital teams.
• Review workflows to improve service levels and efficiency.
• Summarize notes and manage related library.
• Assist direct manager with ad-hoc assignments.
