Job summary

AIA Shared Services in Hong Kong seeks an experienced business leader to influence the agency force, develop strategies, and drive KPI performance for insurance distribution. You will partner with district leaders, analyze data, and translate insights into practical actions that lift sales and customer outcomes.

You will design programs, coach teams, and ensure compliance while maintaining a customer-first mindset as we help millions live Healthier, Longer, Better Lives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, Economics, or related field.
• Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in insurance distribution, agency sales management, or performance management.
• Proven ability to influence agency leaders and drive adoption of business initiatives to achieve KPI targets.
• Strong business acumen with analytical skills to interpret dashboards and identify gaps.
• Excellent planning, stakeholder alignment and communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Influence agency leaders and drive adoption of corporate initiatives to achieve KPI and sales targets.
• Own end-to-end performance management for the agency portfolio with dashboards and reports.
• Prepare forecasts, highlight risks/opportunities, and recommend actions to accelerate results.
• Lead district business planning cycles and ensure disciplined execution to targets.
• Coordinate KPI specialists to deliver targeted sales solutions and measurable impact.
• Maintain proactive communication with agency leaders and consolidate feedback for improvements.
