Job summary

AIA is seeking an experienced leader to join the Marketing, Distribution & Partnerships team in Hong Kong. You will drive brokerage channel sales, deepen partnerships across Taiwan, Korea and Southeast Asia, and translate strategy into actions that deliver reliable customer outcomes.

You will coach the team, monitor compliance, and ensure licensing readiness for regulated activities while building trusted relationships with brokers to sustain service levels and competitive compensation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with strong business sense.
• 12+ years’ experience in insurance or brokerage channels.
• Proven ability to lead strategic business development and sales.
• Excellent written and spoken English and Chinese/Mandarin.

Responsibilities

• Formulate business strategies, sales plans and initiatives meeting KPIs.
• Lead business development with emphasis on Taiwan, Korea, and SEA.
• Drive brokerage channel sales platform development and partnerships.
• Manage relationships with key brokers and ensure competitive compensation.
• Oversee team performance, licensing and regulatory compliance.
