The role requires strong leadership, at least 5 years in Front Office in sizable hotels with 3+ years in supervisory roles; proficiency in OPERA and MS Office; fluency in English, Cantonese and Putonghua, with a competitive monthly salary.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Excellent command of English, Cantonese, and Putonghua.

Responsabilités

• Ensure efficient guest check-in and check-out processes, delivering exceptional service at the Front Desk.
• Monitor occupancy levels and maintain guest history and preferences.
• Handle and resolve guest complaints in line with hotel standards.
• Plan and manage staff rosters for events and peak periods.
• Review guest feedback and implement improvements to service levels.
• Uphold Front Office standards and assist with special projects as required.
