Job summary

Shangri-La Group in Hong Kong is seeking a Guest Relations Officer to deliver personalized guest experiences and ensure smooth daily operations across our hotel properties.

You will assist VIP guests, manage check-ins/outs, update VIP lists in GuestPedia, and collaborate with front-office teams to exceed guest expectations. Higher Diploma in Hospitality preferred; fluency in English, Cantonese and Putonghua is required.

Qualifications

• Higher Diploma or above in Hospitality Management or related disciplines.
• Relevant experience in hotels, clubhouses, or theme parks is advantageous.
• Strong interpersonal and guest service skills.
• Customer-oriented, outgoing, and a self-motivated team player.
• Excellent command of spoken English, Cantonese, and Putonghua.

Responsibilities

• Ensure smooth daily operations and deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Provide personalized service to VIP guests throughout their stay.
• Handle check-ins/outs and rooming for special arrivals (e.g. family suites, limousine).
• Update VIP lists and guest preferences in GuestPedia to anticipate needs.
• Perform any other duties as assigned by Management.
