You should have at least 5 years in Front Office of large hotels, 3 in a supervisory role, with solid OPERA and MS

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in Front Office of sizable hotels.
• At least 3 years in a supervisory role.
• Proficiency with OPERA System and MS Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Ensure efficient guest check-ins and check-outs at the Front Desk.
• Monitor occupancy levels and maintain guest history and preferences.
• Handle and resolve guest complaints per hotel standards.
• Plan and manage staff rosters for events and peak periods.
• Review guest feedback and drive service improvements.
