Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated in Hong Kong on-site is seeking an experienced Facilities Manager to oversee site operations, implement maintenance best practices, and provide 24/7 emergency support.

You will manage client relationships, vendor contracts, and health and safety compliance, while driving value through proactive procurement and strong financial controls. Strong communication and Cantonese/English skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Facility Management, Property Management, or related field preferred.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in facilities, property management, hospitality or related field.
• Experience liaising with local/government agencies/landlords regarding operations, lease management and contractual services.

Responsabilités

• Oversee site operations and implement best practices for preventative and corrective maintenance, including 24/7 emergency support.
• Manage client relationships and stakeholder expectations, ensuring excellent customer service and effective communication.
• Implement and manage health and safety procedures, ensure compliance with statutory regulations and a safe working environment.
• Oversee procurement and vendor management, ensuring timely service delivery within budget and in accordance with client and JLL guidelines.
• Manage contracts, monitor expiry dates, initiate re-procurement, and ensure best value for the client.
• Support financial management, meeting targets and control requirements while ensuring proper accounts payable procedures.
• Provide administrative support to the Facility Manager as needed.
