Job summary

JLL in Hong Kong is seeking an experienced Facilities/Property Manager to lead daily operations for a high‑rise complex. The role requires 8–10 years in FM with at least 5 years in a managerial capacity, and fluency in English and Chinese.

You will coordinate cleaning, security, landscaping, front desk, carpark and clubhouse, while ensuring safety and service quality. You will monitor contractors, manage the facility budget, and prepare clear KPI reports for leadership and clients.

Qualifications

• Higher Diploma or Degree in Facilities/Property Management, Real Estate, or a related field.
• 8-10 years in facility/property management with at least 5 years in a managerial role.
• Fluent in English and Chinese (Mandarin and Cantonese); able to write reports in both languages.
• Strong leadership, interpersonal, and supervisory skills.
• Solid understanding of DMC and BMO regulations.
• PMSA Tier 1 & 2 advantageous.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily building operations including cleaning, security, landscaping, front desk, carpark, and clubhouse.
• Ensure high service quality, safety, and efficiency across all teams.
• Monitor contractor performance and ensure compliance with rules.
• Act as main link between engineering, operations, owners representative, and tenants.
• Prepare clear management reports and KPI for leadership and clients.
• Handle incident reporting and drive continuous improvement.
• Oversee procurement and vendor management per rules.
• Oversee staff HR processes and performance reviews.
