Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Customer Service, Hospitality or related field.
• Minimum 4 years in facilities management, co-working space operations, premium commercial management (CS Team), or Hospitality.
• At least 2 years in a senior or supervisory role.
• Comprehensive knowledge of building systems and facility management best practices.
• Strong leadership and team-building skills; mentoring staff.
• Excellent interpersonal, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Ability to lead high-performing teams and foster collaboration.
• Experience with facilities management software and data visualization tools.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily facilities operations and maintenance of the co-working space.
• Develop and implement facility management strategies to optimize the space's performance, sustainability, and resilience.
• Lead and mentor the facilities team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and exceptional service to members.
• Serve as a secondary point of contact for members, addressing inquiries and requests promptly and empathetically.
• Collaborate with the community, leasing and sales teams to enhance the member experience.
• Maintain detailed records, access controls, and implement procurement/vendor management processes.
• Assist in preparing reports on facility performance, occupancy, budgets and sustainability initiatives.
• Develop and oversee emergency response and business continuity plans.
