Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated is seeking an experienced Building Services Engineer to oversee daily operation and maintenance of all building systems at our facilities in Hong Kong. You will ensure climate control, safety, and reliability across exhibition and storage areas.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Building Services, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or related discipline.
Minimum 8 years of progressive experience in building services and facilities management.
Experience in museums, galleries, data centers or other critical environments is preferred.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily operation and maintenance of all building services systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire services, lifts/escalators, BMS).
Ensure strict temperature and humidity controls across exhibition and storage areas.
Lead, mentor, and manage in-house engineering and technical teams; evaluate external subcontractors.
Prepare and manage annual OPEX and CAPEX budgets; plan upgrades and energy-saving projects.
Develop, implement, and optimize preventive and predictive maintenance programs.
Coordinate facility-related emergencies and test business continuity plans.
